Today, Kauvery is a multi-specialty hospital chain with 2250+ beds in six locations including Trichy, Chennai, Salem, Hosur, Tirunelveli and Bengaluru. With twelve hospitals and a workforce of over 8000+ Kauvery’s mission is to provide exemplary secondary and tertiary care.

Job Description:
The Supply Chain Executive will oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics. The role requires expertise in ERP systems, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and proficiency in basic computer skills to ensure seamless supply chain coordination and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement and Vendor Management:
Source and procure raw materials and components required for manufacturing.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock outs or overstocking.
Implement inventory control measures using ERP systems.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
ERP System Utilization:
Maintain and update supply chain data within the ERP system.
Generate reports on procurement, inventory, and logistics metrics.
Identify areas for system improvements to streamline operations.
Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
Resolve shipping and delivery issues promptly.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with production, quality, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with organizational goals.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Supply Chain Manager on operational performance.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Skills and Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
