Bonus points for 20%+ personal win rates • Technical Savvy: Deep knowledge of federal acquisition processes, including ORCA/FPDS reporting, price realism, and evaluation criteria. Familiarity with APMP certifications or tools like Privia/Qvidian is a plus. • Strategic Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills to translate complex RFPs into compelling narratives; experience in agile proposal development for fast-turnaround deals. • Communication Pro: Flawless business English (written & verbal), with the ability to influence C-suite execs and virtual teams.
