Job Description This is an immediate opportunity for someone who can join in 2 weeks. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. This role is integral to driving the growth of our US Staffing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, proven relationships with system integrators or direct clients, and the ability to be immediately productive. If you are a confident communicator, strategic thinker, and ready to take on the challenge of acquiring and managing key clients, we encourage you to apply If you cannot be immediately productive then this is not the right position for you. Key Responsibilities - Client Acquisition & Management - Develop and maintain relationships with system integrators, and direct clients in the US IT and Non-IT Staffing industry. - Onboard new clients and deliver tailored staffing solutions that meet their needs. - Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize revenue opportunities. Business Development - Proactively identify and target potential clients to expand the business portfolio. - Leverage your network and market knowledge to open doors and drive business opportunities. - Understand client requirements and provide strategic staffing solutions in a timely manner. Collaboration & Communication - Maintain clear and regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables. - Be confident and proactive in reaching out to clients through calls and other communication channels. Qualifications & Skills - Experience in the US IT Staffing industry as a Business Development role. - Strong client relationships with the ability to acquire and manage system integrators, and direct clients. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a confident, proactive approach to making client calls. - Smart, analytical, and strategic thinker with the ability to understand client needs. - Willingness to work in night shifts (aligned with US business hours).
