About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced State Recruiter – US Staffing to join our Noida team. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for state, federal, and government positions across the US market. This role requires strong knowledge of compliance-driven hiring, experience with VMS/MSP systems, and effective coordination with clients and account managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for state and federal clients across IT and Non-IT roles
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking
  • Work on VMS/MSP requisitions and ensure timely submission of qualified candidates
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage the offer process
  • Negotiate pay rates and employment terms (W2, C2C, 1099) while ensuring compliance
  • Build and maintain pipelines for critical and recurring positions
  • Ensure adherence to state/federal hiring guidelines and client policies
  • Partner with account managers and delivery leads to achieve hiring targets

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of proven experience in US Staffing with a strong focus on state/federal/government hiring
  • Solid understanding of US hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099) and compliance
  • Experience using ATS (JobDiva, Bullhorn, etc.) and major job boards
  • Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work US night shifts and manage multiple requirements within deadlines
