About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to support our Delta Airlines client in the US market. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring of IT professionals, ensuring quality delivery within timelines and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle IT recruitment for Delta client requirements (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer negotiation).
- Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases.
- Evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit based on client needs.
- Build strong candidate pipelines for recurring IT skill sets.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and US-based stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes.
- Maintain candidate relationships for redeployment and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with client and company policies.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong exposure to hiring for enterprise IT roles (Java, .NET, Cloud, ERP, DevOps, etc.).
- Prior experience working with MSP/VMS clients (Delta or other Fortune 500 preferred).
- Hands-on experience with ATS (JobDiva, Bullhorn, etc.) and sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in night shifts from the Noida office
