**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced **State Recruiter - US Staffing** to join our Noida team. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for state, federal, and government positions across the US market. This role requires strong knowledge of compliance-driven hiring, experience with VMS/MSP systems, and effective coordination with clients and account managers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for state and federal clients across IT and Non-IT roles
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage the offer process
- Negotiate pay rates and employment terms (W2, C2C, 1099) while ensuring compliance
- Build and maintain pipelines for critical and recurring positions
- Ensure adherence to state/federal hiring guidelines and client policies
- Partner with account managers and delivery leads to achieve hiring targets

**Requirements**:

- 3-6 years of proven experience in US Staffing with a strong focus on state/federal/government hiring
- Solid understanding of US hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099) and compliance
- Experience using ATS (JobDiva, Bullhorn, etc.) and major job boards
- Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work US night shifts and manage multiple requirements within deadlines
