Role Overview The Sales Executive will be responsible for contacting real estate agents, agencies, and other relevant prospects in Singapore. The role involves introducing Genzi.ai’s solutions, generating interest, securing demo appointments, and nurturing warm leads. You will serve as the initial touchpoint in our go-to-market efforts. Key Responsibilities • Conduct outbound calls to targeted prospects in the Singapore real estate market • Present and promote Genzi.ai’s automation products and services • Generate and qualify leads, and schedule demos for the product team • Follow up with prospective clients to maintain engagement • Record interactions and maintain accurate CRM entries • Share market insights and customer feedback with internal teams • Achieve weekly and monthly outreach and conversion targets Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer engagement • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage) • Confident phone presence and ability to engage decision-makers • Self-driven and capable of working independently from home • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and standard sales processes • Experience in real estate or Saa S sales is an added advantage • Understanding of the Singapore market is preferred but not mandatory (need to have laptop and good wifi) What We Offer • Flexible remote work setup • Opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing AI/automation company • Training and support to understand our products and target market How to Apply Email your CV to Whats App:
