We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day sales operations, assisting customers, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Roles and Responsibilities: ·        Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner ·        Promote and sell available products in the Upshop ·        Ensure product displays are neat, attractive, and well-stocked ·        Maintain accurate sales and billing records ·        Coordinate with the accounts and inventory teams for stock updates ·        Handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently ·        Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall shop performance. Requirements ·        Minimum 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate in any field ·        Prior experience in retail sales preferred ·        Good communication and interpersonal skills ·        Basic computer knowledge (Billing software) ·        Proficiency in Tamil and English (spoken and written). ·        Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively. ·        Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
