Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

Inbound Lead Management:
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from inbound leads via email, calls, and CRM systems.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their requirements and fit with our offerings.
  • Maintain a high level of engagement with potential clients through consistent follow-ups.

Client Engagement:

  • Present solutions to prospects and conduct product/service demons trations. Addr
  • ess client concerns and tailor proposals to meet their specific needs .

    Closing De als:

    • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
    • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.

    Account Growth:

    • Develop relationships with new clients to convert them into long-term partners. Iden
    • tify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.

    Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Identify and research potential clients in target markets. Gene
    • rate leads through networking, online research, and cold outreach.

    Market Research & Strategy:

    • Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to identify new oppor tunities. Cont
    • ribute to business growth strategies and plans.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on clie nt needs. Coll
    • aborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
    • Focused and goal-oriented
    The package for this role ranges from 3.6 LPA to 5.4 LPA.
