As the brand representative, you will be the face of our boutique. You will engage customers with warmth, build strong relationships, and create aspirational value around our collections. This role is ideal for energetic, customer-obsessed professionals who thrive in premium/luxury retail environments.

Deliver exceptional customer experiences through consultative selling & storytelling. Create aspirational brand narrative and build lasting client relationships through follow-ups, VIP engagements, and clienteling. Achieve and exceed store sales & customer satisfaction (NPS) targets.

# Support store operations including visual merchandising, stock management, and events in line with brand ethos

Experience: 0-3 years in luxury retail or high-end fashion/jewellery styling (Jewellery, Watches, Accessories, Premium Fashion, etc)
