Sales & Brand Strategy - Senior Leadership at Luxury, Craft-based Design Studio


Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Leadership professional to champion our presence across national and international platforms. As a hybrid role blending sales leadership and brand custodianship, you will represent the company along with the founder and be responsible for growing our reach, building intentional relationships, and ensuring our brand is represented with clarity, coherence, consistency, and charisma across all touchpoints.

This senior leader will work closely with the founder to develop and implement sales, outreach, and brand-building efforts. Key responsibilities include outbound sales and business development strategy, architecting and interior designer engagement, gallery placements, museum acquisitions, distribution platforms, collaborations, inbound sales, representation, brand custodianship, visibility strategy, luxury marketing, social media and storytelling, and PR and communications alignment.

The ideal candidate should have a deep appreciation for collectible design, craftsmanship, and the intersection of culture and commerce. Strong global awareness of galleries, fairs, and institutions; existing networks in the design/art world are a plus.


Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or brand strategy in design, art, fashion, or luxury.
  • Design/Art Gallery background.
  • Deep appreciation for collectible design, craftsmanship, and the intersection of culture and commerce.
  • Strong global awareness of galleries, fairs, and institutions.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with high-value clients, collaborators, and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for storytelling, strategy, and detail.
  • Confident communicator and brand representative.
