Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at VM Modular in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sales experience, a passion for the interior industry, and a keen ability to build relationships with customers. You will play a critical role in driving sales growth by engaging with clients, providing showroom tours, making estimates, and following up on leads. Working closely under the Senior Sales Executives and with the guidance of the Sales Manager, you will be an essential part of our sales team, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Work under the direction of the Sales Manager.
Conduct phone calls and showroom tours to engage potential clients and provide comprehensive information about our interior solutions.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients over the phone and other communication mediums.
Handle cold calling and build a network of prospective clients.
Facilitate seamless communication with clients, understanding their needs and presenting customized solutions.
Make accurate estimates based on client requirements and product specifications.
Conduct site visits for measurements and site showcases.
Follow company procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
Support the Sales team in achieving sales targets and generating new leads.
Stay updated on industry trends and interior design products to communicate value propositions effectively and continuous learning to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and nurture relationships.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales role in the interior design industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Proactive, results-driven, and willing to make cold calls to generate new business.
Ready to conduct in-person showroom tours and engage clients directly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be based in Hyderabad and ready for an in-person role in Balanagar.
