Role Description This is a full-time remote position for an Educational Counselor at Emo Matrix™. The Educational Counselor will provide guidance to students, helping them navigate educational opportunities, career options, and personal development. Responsibilities include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, developing customized learning and career plans, providing educational resources, and maintaining ongoing communication with students to ensure their success. The role also involves collaborating with educators, parents, and organizational teams to deliver impactful support services. Qualifications Strong skills in Educational Consulting and understanding of academic frameworks Experience in Student Counseling paired with Career Counseling expertise Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and empathy Background in Education with a focus on societal or individual growth Ability to empathize with diverse needs and deliver tailored solutions to students Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field Experience in using digital tools for virtual counseling is a plus Prior experience in mental health, emotional intelligence, or education-focused organizations is desirable
