Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned and highly connected Regional Sales professional specializing in Staff Augmentation Sales with a stronghold in Global Captive Clients (GCCs) such as Salesforce, Service Now, Microsoft , and other prominent IT players.
The candidate should also have a track record of success with Global System Integrators (GSIs) , making up 30% of the client base.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of these markets and will be responsible for onboarding clients either immediately or through an organic, long-term process.
Key Responsibilities: Focus 70% of efforts on identifying and onboarding Global Captive Clients (GCCs) like Salesforce, Service Now, Microsoft , and others.
Utilize 30% of efforts on developing relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) , ensuring strong client engagement and onboarding.
Provide a list of top 5 key clients where you have strong, close connections and the ability to onboard immediately or as soon as possible.
Strategically manage and grow the relationships with both GCCs and GSIs, ensuring sustainable business growth.
Develop and implement targeted sales strategies aimed at long-term client engagement for both immediate and organic onboarding processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized Staff Augmentation solutions and maintain high client satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to seize new opportunities within GCCs and GSIs.
Qualifications and Skills: 5+ years of experience in Staff Augmentation Sales , focusing heavily on Global Captive Clients (GCCs) and Global System Integrators (GSIs).
Proven ability to onboard clients like Salesforce, Service Now, Microsoft , and other major GCCs.
A deep network within the GCC and GSI markets with the ability to organically grow business relationships.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets while developing long-term client partnerships.
Experience in the IT Consulting & Services industry is a must.
