Microgreen Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Account Mining Manager specializing in Staff Augmentation to drive growth and account expansion within the Tech Mahindra account. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in the Staffing Recruitment and Service Industry , with the ability to manage and nurture client relationships, develop account strategies, and maximize revenue opportunities. This role requires a proactive, client-centric approach to enhance the value Microgreen Technologies Pvt Ltd brings to Tech Mahindra.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Development : Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the Tech Mahindra account, expanding our footprint by understanding client needs and aligning our services accordingly.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders within Tech Mahindra to ensure a deep understanding of their staffing needs, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Revenue Growth : Drive revenue through effective account mining, up-selling, and cross-selling our staffing services, meeting and exceeding sales targets and account growth metrics.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and execute an account plan tailored to Tech Mahindra’s objectives, identifying areas for service optimization and enhanced client satisfaction.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure quality and timely fulfillment of client staffing requirements.
- Market Analysis & Insights : Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and account-specific requirements, translating insights into actionable strategies for account growth.
- Reporting & Forecasting : Regularly update management on account performance, challenges, and forecasts, providing data-driven insights to guide business decisions.
Key Requirements:
- Experience : Minimum of 6 years in account management, client servicing, or business development within the Staffing Recruitment and Service Industry, ideally with experience in handling large accounts.
- Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of the staff augmentation landscape, industry challenges, and client demands.
- Client-Focused : Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinker : Ability to develop and implement account strategies focused on growth and value creation.
- Data-Driven : Proficiency in reporting, forecasting, and account analysis, using metrics to drive decision-making.
- Flexible Location : Willingness to travel between Bangalore and Hyderabad as needed.
