Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s brand and marketing objectives.
- Manage daily social media activities, including content creation, posting, and scheduling.
- Monitor social media trends, platforms, and competitors to keep content fresh and innovative.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online communities to build brand loyalty.
- Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posts.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to create integrated campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices.
- Prepare reports and presentations on social media performance for senior management.
- Manage paid social media campaigns and track ROI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hoot suite, Buffer, Sprout Social ).
- Basic designing skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics to drive decision-making.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in teams.
- Experience with paid social campaigns is a plus.
