Role Overview: The Social Media Manager will be solely responsible for driving the growth of Bolt.

Earth’s followers and subscribers across all social media platforms.

This is not just about posting content—it’s about crafting an engaging, trend-savvy online presence that resonates with audiences and scales organically.

Key Responsibilities: 1.

Audience Growth & Engagement: Develop and execute strategies that focus on increasing followers/subscribers on platforms like Instagram, Linked In, You Tube, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and more.

Stay updated on the latest social media trends and creatively apply them to drive follower growth.

Content Creation & Posting: Manage and create content for all social media handles, ensuring it's visually appealing, on-brand, and relevant to the audience.

Plan, schedule, and maintain a consistent posting calendar to improve the frequency of organic posts.

Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of the curve with trends, memes, and viral content that resonates with the platform specific target audiences.

Adapt trends quickly to fit Bolt.

Earth’s brand voice and vision.

Organic Growth: Focus on improving organic engagement and follower growth without relying heavily on paid advertising.

Experiment with content types, posting times, and engagement strategies to maximize reach and impact.

Data-Driven Strategy: Track performance metrics, such as follower growth, engagement rates, and post reach, to continuously refine the social media strategy.

Use insights and analytics to optimize future content for better growth outcomes.

Ideal Candidate: -A social media native, who lives and breathes the latest trends, memes, and viral content.
