Fyllo is backed by institutional investors – India Quotient, SIDBI Venture Capital and Ninjacart – to realize this mission. Fyllo is started by two co-founders Sumit Sheoran and Sudhanshu Rai who have a pedigreed education (IIT) and professional background (EdgeVerve and GE).

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow Fyllo’s online presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with experience in social media operations, content posting, and engagement analysis across platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn. You will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and oversee social media ad campaigns

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute social media content plans across Facebook and LinkedIn

● Post and monitor content, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and goals

● Run advertising campaigns to drive targeted reach and lead generation

● Identify trends and insights to optimize social media strategy

● Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns and objectives

Requirements

● Proven experience in social media marketing, particularly on Facebook and LinkedIn

● Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Strong attention to detail

● Ability to think creatively and strategically to meet business objectives

● Experience with social media advertising and lead generation
