Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Content Writer with a minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in content creation and content marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how to create engaging and SEO-optimized content across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other social media channels. You should be adept at handling long-form content, such as blogs and reports, and possess the skills to turn complex ideas into clear, persuasive messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Write high-quality, engaging content for various formats, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, reports, and web pages.
  • Content Marketing: Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement.
  • Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape to inform content development and ensure accuracy.
  • Ad Copywriting: Create compelling ad copy for LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other social media platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and ranking on search engines.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business goals and audience needs.
  • Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency, ensuring it meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content writing and content marketing.
  • Writing Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar, style, and tone.
  • Research Ability: Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth research and synthesize information into engaging content.
  • SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)(optional)
  • Ad Copywriting: Experience writing ad copy for various platforms, including LinkedIn and Google Ads.
  • Content Management: Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar platforms.(optional)
  • Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free content.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Analytics Tools: Experience with analytics tools to track content performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Visual Content: Basic understanding of visual content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with conversational ai is an advantage.
