How will you make an impact in this role ? We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sr. Product Designer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our design team. In this role, you will play a key part in crafting exceptional user experiences for Gnani’s diverse suite of AI products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver visually stunning and user-centric designs that drive our mission forward.


Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the end-to-end design process for complex product features, from research and ideation to high-fidelity visuals and prototyping.

· Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.

· Proficiency in Figma: Prior experience in working with components, creating design systems, and maintaining consistency across multiple templates.

· Maintain and contribute to Gnani’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.

· UX/UI Expertise: Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and best practices for interactive templates and activities.

· Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and develop engaging visual experiences that align with educational goals.

· Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, including content developers and product managers.

· Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and an ability to work on multiple projects


What we’re looking for?

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

· 4 to 8 years of proven experience in product design, with a strong focus on both UX and visual design.

· A portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex design problems and create stunning user interfaces.

· Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.

· Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing.

· Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with teams.

· A user-first mindset and a passion for creating delightful experiences that make an impact.

· PMing experience is a bonus.
