Job Title: Head of Delivery and Project Management

Location: Bangalore

Position Overview:

The Head of Delivery and Project Management will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Gnani.ai’s solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. You will lead the project management team, drive operational excellence, and work closely with customers to ensure that their needs are met. This is a key leadership role, requiring a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery Leadership: Own the entire delivery process from project initiation to closure. Ensure timely and successful delivery of all projects while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of project managers and delivery professionals. Ensure the team is equipped with the tools, resources, and training needed to deliver excellent results.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve delivery processes, ensuring efficient workflows, resource optimization, and adherence to best practices in project management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, both internal and external, ensuring strong communication, alignment, and partnership with engineering, product, and customer success teams.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed throughout the project lifecycle. You will work to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to optimize delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in project delivery, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure that projects remain on track. Resolve issues quickly and efficiently to avoid disruption to timelines.
  • Capacity and Resource Planning: Oversee resource allocation, ensuring that teams are effectively utilized across multiple projects. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that staffing and resource needs are met for successful project delivery.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of project delivery. Track and report on project performance, resource utilization, timelines, and client satisfaction.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and Gnani.ai’s product capabilities. Coordinate efforts across teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints. Monitor costs, track budget variances, and optimize resources to drive cost efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in project management and delivery within a SaaS, AI, or enterprise software environment. Experience leading teams and managing large-scale enterprise projects is essential.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, multi-million-dollar projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and grow a high-performing project management team.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage risks and resolve issues proactively.
  • Deep understanding of AI, automation, or enterprise software products and their delivery processes.
