Job Overview:
We seek a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our agency. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for sales and business expansion.
Job Description
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance to the management team.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role (experience in a marketing agency is a plus).
Ability to understand and articulate marketing concepts and strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.
Note: This is a full-time on-site job in Ahmedabad.
