Role : Manager Administration

Profile : To ensure smooth & effective functioning of various administration activities in Corporate office.

  • Ensure smooth operations of all administrative & FM responsibilities like Supervising facilities management activities such as Canteen Management, Housekeeping, communication system, Guest Relations, Guest Houses, Repairs & Maintenance, Transportation, Residential Complex, Laundry & Linen, Security, Gardening & Landscaping,
  • Facility management: Ensuring that the physical environment of the organization is safe, clean, and comfortable for employees and visitors. This may include managing the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and systems such as Heating Ventilation and Air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and security.
  • Asset management: Managing the acquisition, inventory, and disposal of assets such as furniture, fixtures, and equipment. This may include developing asset management policies and procedures,
  • Vendor management: Overseeing the selection, contracting, and performance of vendors and service providers that support the organization's operations.
  • Budget management: Developing and managing budgets for the administration and infrastructure function.
  • Compliance management: Ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to facilities, assets, and services.
  • Ensure availability of adequate and trained contract associates as per the business requirements
  • Facilitate plant in conducting customer, statutory and social audits.
  • Achieve best practices in admin and ensure cost effectiveness
  • Improve quality of service delivery through various frugal initiatives/ innovative ideas
