We are seeking a dynamic and highly communicative Sales Representative to be the face of our brand. This role combines sales and account management, requiring you to engage with clients and prospects regularly, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional service. If you thrive in a client-facing role and excel at turning prospects into long-term partners, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients and prospects via calls, video meetings, and written correspondence to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Sales Execution: Convert leads into paying customers by presenting the value of our program, addressing objections, and closing deals.
Account Management: Nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business and referrals.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining a professional, approachable, and empathetic tone in all interactions.
Problem-Solving: Address client concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets, client retention goals, and other KPIs set by the company.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align efforts and enhance client experience.
Requirements:
Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication is a must. You should be adept at active listening, empathetic responses, and persuasive dialogue.
Sales Experience: A proven track record in sales, with the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Client-Focused: A passion for helping clients succeed, with a service-oriented approach to relationship building.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales processes efficiently.
Adaptable & Resilient: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools, video conferencing platforms, and other communication tools.
