We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager with 7+ years of proven expertise in business development and channel management. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the home furnishings retail and jewelry sectors to generate leads, foster relationships, and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Development:
Strategically identify and establish relationships with home furnishing retailers and jewelry retailers to expand Ekaani’s market presence.
Leverage industry expertise to build partnerships with high-end retail outlets and specialty stores.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Develop targeted lead generation strategies for home décor and jewelry channels.
Conduct impactful client presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to secure long-term partnerships.
Key Account Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients to encourage repeat business.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Collaborate with the leadership team to create and implement strategic sales plans for targeted industries.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the luxury sector.
Push Marketing & Bulk Orders:
Support push marketing campaigns, focusing on corporate gifting and bulk order opportunities.
Liaise with marketing teams to align initiatives with client acquisition strategies.
Revenue & Growth:
Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets by expanding Ekaani’s footprint in high-potential business channels.
Qualifications & Skills:
7+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in home furnishings, luxury retail, or the jewelry industry.
Extensive network within the home furnishing retail and jewelry sectors.
Strong business acumen with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of business growth strategies.
