We’re on the lookout for a motivated **B2B Sales Executive** to join our growing team in Delhi NCR. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where your efforts directly contribute to the success of our clients.
Whether you're a fresh graduate with relevant internship experience or have at least 6 months of sales experience, this role is perfect for you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Client Acquisition & Engagement**: Build strong relationships with businesses, understand their communication challenges, and propose tailored solutions.
- ** Sales Goal Management**: Plan and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets using proven strategies.
- ** Product Expertise**: Stay up-to-date with MyOperator’s product features and confidently present them to clients.
- ** Consultative Selling**: Analyze client requirements and offer solutions that optimize their communication systems.
- ** Market Insights**: Track industry trends and share valuable feedback with the team to improve sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 6 months in sales or relevant internship experience (B2B experience is a plus).
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
- ** Motivation & Drive**: A self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- ** Tech Awareness**: Basic familiarity with CRM tools (training provided).
- ** Location**: Must be willing to work from our Noida Sector 2 office.
