Job Summary:Role focuses on driving growth for Solar Power Systems within the Pune region through strong channel sales strategies and distributor relationships. It demands hands-on experience in channel sales, market knowledge of Pune, and fluency in Marathi, Hindi and English, along with the ability to lead, strategize, and address customer service need.Job Responsibility:Drive SPS product sales across Pune, Satara, Sangli, and Kolhapur regions, with Pune being the base location.Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors and dealers to ensure consistent business growth.Enhance both primary and secondary sales within the assigned territory.Develop and maintain a robust dealer network to support deeper market penetration.Monitor and analyze competitor activities, including pricing, product offerings, and marketing strategies.Formulate and implement marketing strategies to address sales shortfalls and support growth objectives.Oversee branding and advertising initiatives to improve brand visibility and awareness in the territory.Address and resolve service-related issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.Guide, motivate, and improve the communication skills of the distributor's sales team to enhance performance.Qualifications:Relevant Graduation/3 yr Diploma (regular).2+ years of experience in channel sales , managing Pune region with a focus on the Solar Power Systems product division.
