Job Description :
Drive business on Amazon , Quick Commerce ,DMART & reliance -Generate revenue as per Budgeted PL, achieve estimates -Manage Day-to-day Business activities, Marketing Collaborations , Oversee operations, Payments and Reconciliations, vendor management.
Nurture relationships with key stakeholders to grow business and revenue -Managing Existing business with generation & fulfilment of cycle orders (B2B+B2C), TOT closures & new business generation, Cataloguing & Pricing, Delivery support including Supply management and MIS.
Plan and implement marketing strategies for these platforms including Event Promotions , Cataloguing , Pricing , Availability etc .
Daily Report, analysis, for various marketplaces, management of account w.r.t Sales, Stock , fill rates , Orders, Delivery, Payments, Reconciliation .
Manage all aspects of analytics related to marketplaces and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership, and cross-functional partners
Overseeing the development of customer relationships through marketplace .
Review monthly customer service reports and putting into place action items to ensure efficiency of the process.
Forecasting traffic increases during promotions with vendors and the e-commerce portal - Ensure the Forecast efficiency for the month with 100% fill rate supply .x`
SKill Set Required :
Have a good understanding of platforms such as Amazon, Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit Zepto, Big Basket , dmart , reliance etc.
Strong analytical skills to draw inferences from data and then execute them.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, team management and operational abilities .
Have prior experience with a mid-sized FMCG / D2C brand in this department (required)
Knowledge of MS excel lookup, pivot tables, PPT,SAP etc
Min 5+ years in Key account management (at least 3 years in marketplace management in Ecommerce)
