National Sales Manager

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the IVD industry. Build and support a strong nationwide sales team while cultivating relationships with key customers and KOLs. Collaborate with marketing on promotional initiatives and manage financial performance effectively. Stay informed on industry trends and utilize CRM tools to enhance productivity and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) industry.
- Building a stronger national wide sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure sales objectives are met or exceeded.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers, distributors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive business opportunities and enhance customer loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives.
- Reach company gross margin goal and control accounts receivable.
- Expand institute accounts and government tender business.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for business expansion and product development.
- Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and expenses to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, performance metrics, and market intelligence to senior management.
- Drive the adoption and utilization of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to enhance sales productivity, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote our products and services and build brand awareness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Person should have minimum 10 to 15 years of similar experience in IVD industry
