Job Purpose

Creating and managing a thriving partner ecosystem globally. Nurturing the partner ecosystem so that partners can contribute in the mutual (Tagit + Partner) growth. Managing, reviewing and enabling partners to co-sell and implement Tagit's products and solutions.

Revenue Growth

1) Driving co-sell, sell-with, sell through and achieve revenue growth by channel partners.

Partner Identification, Recruitment, On-boarding, Enablement

1) Identifying the top partner prospects in the given set of countries through primary and secondary research. Identify and contact to potential business partners.

2) Reaching out to business Heads and practice heads of the identified partners to understand their business and Interest areas in terms of technology and how Tagit can add value to their business.

3) Effectively communicate Tagit's value proposition to partners and customers. Presenting Tagit's partnership program to prospects and highlighting our market strategy, benefits, products and solutions.

4) Work closely with Tagit's sales, presales, marketing, product and delivery teams along with partner’s sales, presales, marketing, delivery teams.

Partner Goto-Market Strategy and & New Territory Development

1) Planning the Goto-Market-Strategy- Identifying verticals and solutions which could be targeted in collaboration with product heads and practice heads of partners.

2) Doing first level of partner enablement in different geographies (countries) if needed. Raise a red flag if the partner enablement is not happening the way it should. Improve partners’ productivity through making them sales & delivery ready w.r.t Tagit's products and solutions.

PRM- Partner Relationship Management

1) Identifying Top Accounts (as per agreed GTM plan) based on partner business strength and Interest areas.

2) Running Marketing campaigns on targeted customers.

3) Managing & nurturing business relationships with existing partners. Travel within the country and overseas for in-person meetings with partners, customers and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.

4) Regular cadence with partner sales managers on planned activities, customer meetings, pipeline, closure and readiness.

4) Mapping and managing all relevant stakeholders in a partner organization including vertical teams, sales teams, practice teams and delivery teams. The idea is to become the preferred OEM/Solution provider for the Partner.

5) Doing customer meetings and showcasing products and solutions, presentations, demos along with partner.

6) Partner Portal management.

Technical Alliance and Product Partnerships

1) Nurturing strategic relationships with companies like Microsoft, RedHat, EDB, Google, Oracle, AWS etc. to support multiple teams in Tagit.

2) Tagit Product Teams: Onboard product partners and align them with the product team of Tagit.

3) Tagit Delivery Team: Collaborate with delivery teams from both sides.

4) Tagit Direct Sales & CRM: Working with Technology and product partners to discover and & explore opportunities of working together and to shorten sales cycles and enable long-term growth to meet organizations and departmental goals.

5) To help Tagit marketing team in brand promotion, managing and maintaining global analyst rating like Forrester, Gartner, IDC etc.

Partner Marketing and Tagit Brand Visibility

1) Running Joint Marketing campaigns along with Partners.

2) Planning and delivering Webinars/Seminars in collaboration with Partners on identified solutions for targeted customers and industry verticals. Planning partner specific workshops on identified solutions.

3) Participating in Industry events and technology events to increase Tagit's visibility.
