REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 12+ years of experience in managing people and project

• 5+ years of experience in client portfolio

• Client relationship management & handled client accounts that incl. multiple workstreams, projects, etc.

JOB PURPOSE: The Engagement Partner reports to the VP, Client Services. He/she is responsible for managing website application for assigned client accounts. He/she works closely with project managers, technical leads, test leads and maintenance team for flawless project execution, efficient resource allocation & project financial sanity. He/she is a key player on building high-energy, multi-disciplinary teams. He/she is passionate about the industry, the clients we serve, and the work.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

• Oversee portfolio of accounts

• High level understanding of nature of work & status across different workstreams

• Ability to make priority calls based on client needs & orchestrate via respective Project Managers

• Manage client communication (ex. Steer co, core team, monthly checkpoints, QBR, etc.)

• Nurture client relationship & identify collaboration opportunities.

• Work with discipline leads to draft team proposals & manage quality of service

• Budget management

• Eye for continuous improvement & drive value.
