Job Role:

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the onboarding process for doctors, ensuring a seamless transition into their new positions. This involves developing and implementing comprehensive orientation programs, as well as providing guidance on company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate administration\
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements\
  • Be willing to travel across assigned regions\
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners\
  • Participate in performance management and talent development initiatives\
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to colleagues and clients\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources\
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment\
  • Support business objectives through proactive problem-solving and collaboration\
  • Document and maintain accurate records of employee interactions and correspondence\

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related field\
      • At least 10 years of experience working in human resources\
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse groups\
      • Prior experience in dealing with healthcare professionals\
      • Ability to navigate complex organizational systems and processes\
      • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to drive results-oriented solutions\
      • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results\
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications\
      • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel\
      • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment\
