  2. Regional Marketing Initiatives: Lead regional marketing efforts, including common events, tie-ups, and advertising budgets, ensuring effective brand promotion and customer engagement.
  3. Training and Quality: Lend sponsorship to training initiatives, quality assurance programs, and new project implementations, guaranteeing excellent outcomes and employee development.
  4. Corrective Actions: Plan and ensure implementation of corrective actions on Mystery Audit deviation reports, upholding high-quality standards.
  5. Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and consumer behavior, integrating this knowledge into operations for competitive advantage.
  6. Talent Development: Manage supervisory talent development, focusing on Area Resources, CH, Centre Supervisors, Sales Heads, and Slimming Heads, through hiring, training, pre-grooming, career planning, and bench planning.
  7. Attrition Management: Enhance manpower productivity, efficiency, and reduce attrition rates among regional, area, and Centre-level staff.
  8. Policy Formulation: Provide strategic inputs in policy formulation and cascade them effectively at the Area and Centre levels.
  9. Service Audits: Conduct regular service audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  10. Software Implementation: Implement new software, SOPs, and integrate company Institute and centre protocols for induction of new talent.
  11. Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, maximizing delight and minimizing complaints.
  12. MIS Reports: Ensure timely filing of all MIS reports.
  13. Assignments: Take up assignments as directed by the F M office.
