Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Western Region Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of the Barco Control Rooms (BCR) organization, you will be responsible for generating maximum business opportunities and revenue for BCR in Enterprise Projects in the Western region.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Deliver BCR revenue goals established each quarter in line with the business plan by selling goods and services to customers.
  • Work closely with end customers to identify and develop opportunities.
  • Identify key programs/projects and participate/contribute to professional associations within the market, working closely with consultants operating in the ecosystem.
  • Synchronize, explore, and assess additional channels to maximize revenue in line with Barco's channel strategy.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate value propositions.
  • Provide quotations in line with applicable pricing and other related commercial terms.
  • Provide and achieve meaningful sales forecasts on a monthly basis, keeping up-to-date records in the company's CRM system.
  • Conduct hands-on demonstrations and presentations of Barco's product offerings on-site and at the Main Demonstration Center.
  • Develop strong collaboration with other BCR team members for better management of large programs/opportunities.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. A higher degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred, particularly knowledge of networking.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in selling, business development, or key account management in enterprise projects.
- Competencies: Driven individual with initiative and willingness to close deals, recognizing the importance of key account management and meeting targets; proficient and creative high-level sales negotiator with outstanding relationship-building abilities.
