About the RoleThis is a high-intensity job that requires a unique blend of business acumen, leadership skills, and entrepreneurial mindset. As a Regional Sales Director for Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales managers across the region to achieve stretching growth targets. You will coach, motivate, and drive your team to build and convert pipelines of opportunities, ensuring targets are achieved every single month.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Partnership Sales Managers to successfully achieve growth targets
- Closely work with senior leaders to identify and develop new partnership opportunities
- Hunt out exciting opportunities in commercial buildings, pitch for new partnerships, and close deals quickly and effectively
- Demonstrate a dynamic and versatile approach to business development, tailoring it to partners' varying commercial needs
- Showcase the value of partnership propositions to networks of B2B connections
- Source ambitious partners who match growth goals and can drive rapid growth through conversions, new developments, or competitor conversions
