Job Summary:

  • We're seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team in Delhi NCR/Mumbai/Pune/Jaipur/Bhopal/Nagpur/Lucknow/Chandigarh/Ahmedabad.
  • This role is focused on driving regional sales growth in the BFSI industry by identifying and developing strategic partnerships.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in business development and sales, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • You will work closely with our operations team to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and analyze market trends.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for training and developing our sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the industry.
  • Managing field operations, coordinating with DSDO for sales and recruitment purposes, and maintaining quality of sales by ensuring persistency standards of the channel are also essential tasks in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify top financial and general insurance distributors in the assigned territory from the competition.
  • Pitch agency career opportunities through seminars, presentations, and meetings.
  • Understand the value proposition of top advisors and business associates, including their onboarding process and related regulations.
  • Hire and onboard top advisors and business associates post-career seminars and presentations.
  • Drive sales from a team of top advisors, business associates, and financial distributors to meet defined sales plans.
  • Maintain quality of sales by ensuring persistency standards of the channel.
  • Adhere to desired input behaviors to drive sales and recruitment.
  • Periodically train and develop advisors for new product launches and communicate any changes in company guidelines and policies.
  • Manage field operations by coordinating with Operations and DSDO for sales and recruitment purposes.
