Job Description
This full-time, on-site role as Regional Sales Manager is located in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities in the assigned territory, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams.
The role involves regular travel within the region to meet clients and attend industry events. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as technical knowledge of pharmaceutical machinery and related industries.

Requirements
- Proficiency in sales, business development, and account management
- Experience in client relationship management and customer service

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and related industries
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools is an advantage
