Regional Sales Head

We are looking for a Regional Head Influencer Marketing to lead business growth, drive revenue, and establish a dominant market presence in the assigned region. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with entrepreneurial experience, a deep understanding of sales and business expansion, and a strong track record in influencer marketing.
Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Business Growth:
- Define and execute regional sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Identify and develop high-value brand partnerships and enterprise client relationships.
- Drive end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to closing high-ticket deals.
- Expand the companys presence by capturing new markets and business opportunities.
Strategic Leadership & Fundraising:
- Leverage capital-raising experience to explore investment and partnership opportunities for regional growth.
- Develop business models, financial projections, and growth strategies to secure strategic funding.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and investor meetings.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Build and mentor a high-performing regional sales team, ensuring operational efficiency and strong sales execution.
- Implement sales performance metrics and track key KPIs to drive accountability and success.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Market Expansion & Industry Expertise:
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and new monetization opportunities in influencer marketing.
- Develop regional go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and competitive positioning.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align regional goals with company objectives.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or fundraising, preferably in the influencer marketing or digital media industry.
- Ex-founder experience with a strong understanding of capital raising and startup growth.
- Proven ability to scale business operations, drive regional expansion, and close high-value deals.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic and execution-driven approach.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
