Regional Sales Head

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Regional Sales Head.
This role involves generating and closing sales leads, developing and implementing sales strategies, and showcasing our products as solutions that align with the design visions of high-end architects.
Key Responsibilities:- Knowledge of the construction or building materials industry and comprehensive product knowledge.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the region and develop plans to capitalise on them.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to train existing and potential customers and promote company products.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
- Travel to the assigned area to find potential customers and gain market share.
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
- Build dealer/fabricator connection to boost network and sales.
- Work with Architects, Builders, Contractors, Real Estate Agents, and bring business through contacts with developers, intermediaries, etc.
- Gather feedback from architects to improve product offerings and service delivery to monitor client satisfaction and resolve queries and issues promptly.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in similar or building materials industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving License.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
