Role: Regional Sales Head - West region
We are looking for a leaderto join us in this mission, own this goal and build/lead from the front in the capacity of Regional Sales Head - West. The leader will build and manage the sales team for the West region, enable the team to deliver the targets, strengthen sales operations, and create future strategic plans with the goal of boosting revenue streams for both Corporate & Insurance Clients.
The ideal leader is someone who has demonstrated leadership, business impact, but also has an immense hunger to make an impact. This Leader is responsible for being on top of all metrics related to sales, as well as spearheading new initiatives that accelerate growth. This individual should have at least 10+ years of experience in the insurance sector preferably at an Insurance broking firm or Insurance company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our client base across the India region
- Partner with clients to understand their business needs and work towards the alignment of the organizations revenue-generating models
- Build and manage a sales team that can drive business growth across all customer segments. Support the sales team to close large and strategic deals
- Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
- Prepare sales forecasts and KPI reporting in the company
- Own and hit / exceed sales targets within assigned territory and accounts Monthly / Quarterly / Annually
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understand landscapes, trends of health insurances basis which this role should have an ability to revolutionize the benefits industry
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
- Build a long-term relationship by becoming a trusted client partner. Travel across the regions to meet clients and sell solutions
- 25-35% traveling required
Requirements:
- 10+ years relevant experience in the sales industry leading B2B sales across the Financial Services / Health Insurance Sector
- 5+ years of experience in managing CXO stakeholders
- Should be a proven leader in sales with an ability to turnaround revenue
- Proven people leader. Should build a team from the ground up and motivate them to be future sales leaders
- Ready to roll up the sleeves in required situations and lead from the front
Education:
Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Sales & Marketing /Business field or any other Graduate
