About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Business Head to lead our residential sales team in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing high-performing teams, and developing effective sales strategies. As a Regional Business Head, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying market trends, and building strong relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • To lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • To develop and implement effective sales strategies that meet organizational goals.
  • To identify and develop relationships with existing and new key customers.
  • To stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements
  • A postgraduate degree in any field, preferably an MBA.
  • At least 12-16 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
