Position overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join as a Regional Director. The role holder will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the institute, driving revenue growth, managing admissions processes, and ensuring the overall success of the institution.

Job Responsibilities

I. Sustenance and Growth

1. Regular review and management of campus budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources including staffing, equipment and facilities and profitable operations.

2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective marketing and recruitment strategies to reach prospective students

3. Oversee the admissions process, ensuring efficient operations to attract and enrol students

4. Focus on activities that lead to student retention

5. To promote and support multidisciplinary teams for design and roll-out of new programs

II. Student Success and Academic Excellence

1. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement, success, and satisfaction.

2. Oversee student support services, including counselling, career guidance, and extracurricular activities.

3. Maintain manageable class sizes to encourage personalized attention and meaningful interactions between students and faculty.

4. Act on student feedback and communicate changes or improvements to show that student voices are valued.

5. Ensure a safe and inclusive campus environment where all students feel welcome and respected.

III. Team Management

1. Provide leadership and guidance to a diverse team of faculty and staff, promoting professional development and a positive work culture.

2. Foster collaboration and effective communication within the institute, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.

IV. Strategic Projects

1. Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities through collaborations, industry partnerships, and sponsorships.

2. Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, industry professionals, and government bodies to enhance the institute's reputation and influence.

3. Engage with alumni for mentorship programs and career development initiatives.

4. To execute institutional activities such as Admissions, Convocations etc at the Campus

Qualifications and Experience

1. Proven track record in driving business growth, increasing revenue, and achieving targets

2. Passion to work in Design and Fashion industry and a deep understanding of industry trends. Candidates with experience in academics will be preferred.

3. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse

stakeholders.
