Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets, driving growth and revenue expansion.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats, informing sales initiatives.
    • Oversee effective execution of promotional activities and sales initiatives in the region, ensuring timely delivery and optimal results.
  • Account Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and modern trade partners, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts, securing mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, fostering a positive and collaborative environment that drives individual and team success.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing coaching and training to enhance team skills and performance.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, driving growth and excellence within the team.
  • Sales Operations:
    • Monitor and report on sales performance, budgets, and forecasts, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
