We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building pipelines, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and cultivate business relationships to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Build pipeline through prospecting and cold calling.
  • Generate appointments and conduct presentations to clients to secure new corporate agreements.
  • Cross-sell products and collaborate with internal partners on joint calling activities.
  • Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
