
Administrative Operations Coordinator

The Process Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of an organization by handling various administrative tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a corporate environment.
Responsibilities:- Document Management: Actively manage the document management system, ensure documents are up-to-date, and organized properly.
- MS Office Proficiency: Possess proficiency in using MS office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, with ability to create and edit documents efficiently.
- Email Management: Respond promptly to query emails sent by candidates and managers, which require immediate attention.
- Client Records: Prepare PDFs keeping client records, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
- Resume Formatting: Format resumes according to predefined styles, sent by account managers for presentation to clients.
- Portal Uploading: Upload soft copies of joining documents into various portals after verification.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, have experience working in a corporate level environment, be computer savvy, able to take instructions from superiors and work independently, demonstrate energy and confidence in work, and possess a visionary mindset.
