Job Summary:

Executive Assistant

This is a dynamic role that involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting HR and finance operations, assisting the management team, handling client communication, and contributing to social media and marketing activities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating office administration tasks, including record-keeping and filing systems, as well as assisting in recruitment processes, job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.

  • Support the marketing team in social media planning and execution
