Valve Assembly Team Lead

The Assembly Supervisor will oversee the assembly and testing process of customized fabricated valves. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.
- This is a key position within our team, responsible for ensuring that all assembled products meet quality and performance standards.
- We are seeking an experienced professional who can manage a team of engineers, fitters, helpers, and testers with ease.
- Manage assembly operations, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with design and quality control teams to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Lead regular meetings with team members to discuss progress, address concerns, and set goals.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar management position, preferably in a fabrication/machine tool building/equipment manufacturing company.
- A minimum of 10 years of overall industry experience.
