Job Title: Assembly Manager

The Assembly and Testing Lead will oversee the assembly, inspection and testing of customized fabricated valves.

  • Lead a team to assemble and hydro pneumatic test customized fabricated valves
  • Collaborate with design and quality control teams to ensure final dimension, testing parameters, and documentation meet standards
  • Ensure readiness, safety, and performance for each valve
  • Track throughput, rejections, and acceptance clearance
  • Manage Engineers, fitters, helpers, and testers focusing on time and quality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Assistant Manager in fabrication/machine tool building/equipment manufacturing company
  • Minimum overall industry experience of 10 years
