Job Title: High Salary Assembly Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill this key role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the assembly process, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate with design and quality control teams for final dimension, testing parameters, and documentation.
  • Ensure test bed readiness, safety, and leak-tight performance for each valve.
  • Track throughput, testing rejections, and final acceptance clearance.
  • Lead a team of Engineers, fitters, helpers, and testers, focusing on time and quality management.
Required Skills:
  • Deep understanding of valve assemblies, torque specs, sealing principles, and testing procedures.
  • Hands-on approach and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Educational Background:
  • Graduate degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of industry experience, preferably in a similar or assistant manager role in fabrication/machine tool building/equipment manufacturing company.
