Assembly Operations Supervisor

This role oversees the assembly and hydro pneumatic testing of customized fabricated valves at our production plant.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the assembly process, ensuring timely completion and high quality standards.
  • Coordinate with design and quality control to finalize dimension specifications, testing parameters, and documentation.
  • Ensure test bed readiness, safety, and leak-tight performance for each valve.
  • Track throughput, testing rejections, and final acceptance clearance.
  • Lead a team of engineers, fitters, helpers, and testers, emphasizing time efficiency and quality focus.

Key Traits:

  • Strong understanding of valve assemblies, torque specs, sealing principles, and testing procedures.
  • Hands-on approach and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Qualification Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar management role in fabrication, machine tool building, or equipment manufacturing, with a minimum of 10 years' industry experience overall.

Reporting Structure:

Reports directly to the Production Director.
